Ashley & Tag

A Mediterranean Wedding in Mallorca

There was something really special about coming back to celebrate with this family. After planning Ashley’s sister’s wedding on the Costa Brava the year before, we were back together again, this time in Mallorca, for Ashley and Tag’s wedding at Son Doblons.

The celebrations actually started two nights before the wedding, with a welcome party gathering on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. And honestly, what a way to start. The views were incredible, so we kept everything very relaxed: cocktails, Spanish food, the most delicious Mallorcan Spritz, the Soller Spritz!, and lots of time for everyone to catch up and enjoy being together.

Then came the sunset. One of those moments where you don’t really need to do much because Mallorca does all the work for you. We had some beautiful and very emotional speeches, and once the sun went down, the DJ got everyone in the mood and the evening turned into a proper party. It was the perfect start to the celebrations.

Two days later, it was time for the wedding.

The ceremony took place in one of the most beautiful churches in Mallorca, in a charming little town, Artà. Ashley and Tag tied the knot surrounded by their closest family and friends. From there, everyone headed to Son Doblons to keep celebrating.

Surrounded by the Mallorcan countryside, the celebration had a distinctly Mediterranean feel, but with a design that was completely their own.

Pattern and texture played a defining role throughout the day, with botanical prints, layered fabrics, natural materials and a palette of muted greens, warm terracotta and unexpected pops of colour. These details came together across the stationery, tablescape, cocktail areas and the smaller decorative moments in between.

Dinner was set outdoors beneath the olive trees, with long tables, candlelight and the landscape all around us. And then, as the sun went down, everything changed.

For the disco, we wanted to create a completely different atmosphere. Draped ceilings, custom patterned walls and furniture, warm amber lighting and illustrated murals transformed the space into an intimate late-night club. It felt like stepping into a whole new world.

From the setting to the smallest detail, everything was designed to feel connected and personal to Ashley and Tag, creating a celebration that could only have been theirs.
