1. “COOKIES”:

3.4 Persistent Cookies: this type of “cookies” is stored in the computers even when you close it and start it again.
These cookies are created by giving them an expiration date. If that expiration date is reached, the computer will destroy it. If the expiration date is not set, then it automatically becomes a session cookie.
If you log in to a web page and then turn off the computer, turn it on again and return to the web page and open your continuous session, then use the “Persistent Cookie” to remember the information.
These are also used to control the behavior of visitors as they move around a site, and this data is used to try to understand what people do and what they do not like about the page so that it can be improved. This practice is known as Web Analytics.
