Cocó&Carl is a Mediterranean planning & production firm specialising in refined destination weddings across Barcelona, Costa Brava and Mallorca.
Founded by Mireia, Cocó&Carl has grown from an instinctive love for beautiful gatherings into a practice defined by clarity, discernment and steady leadership. Today, our work centres on guiding internationally based couples through complex, high-touch celebrations with calm leadership and considered direction.
We do not simply plan weddings.

Our Approach

Every celebration begins with understanding, not only of style, but of rhythm, priorities and atmosphere.

From selecting architectural venues overlooking the Mediterranean to orchestrating multi-day guest experiences, each element is curated with intention. Our role is to hold the full picture, creatively, financially and operationally, so our clients can remain fully present within their own celebration.

We work with couples who value trust over micromanagement, who appreciate thoughtful restraint, and who understand that true luxury lies in coherence, discretion and seamless execution.

The Standard of Celebration

Our work typically begins with celebrations starting from €150,000 in overall investment. This allows us to create the level of design, production, and guest experience that defines our work.

We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year, ensuring every celebration receives the time, creativity, and attention it deserves.

Driven by passion, guided by experience

Event planning has always been part of my life. My mother worked as an event producer, and from an early age I was surrounded by the rhythm of productions, from set-ups and sound checks to floral installations and beautifully orchestrated celebrations.
Those early experiences shaped my understanding of what truly makes an event memorable: thoughtful planning, attention to detail and the ability to bring many moving pieces together seamlessly.
After beginning my career in luxury hospitality, I moved naturally into the world of weddings. Following several years within a destination wedding planning agency, I founded Cocó&Carl, a firm dedicated to creating refined celebrations for internationally based couples in Spain.
Over the past fifteen years, I have had the privilege of designing and producing weddings for couples from around the world, building strong relationships with exceptional venues and trusted creative partners along the way.
Today, what I value most is guiding couples through the process with clarity and calm leadership, allowing them to experience their celebration fully while we take care of everything behind the scenes.
At Cocó&Carl, we believe a wedding of this scale should feel effortless for the couple, even when it is anything but behind the scenes.
And after all these years, I can honestly say that I still love what I do.
